Return Policy

You may return any product to DiTEC Audio Visual within 30 days of the purchase of the product or material.

• Returns must include all original products or materials.
• Returns must include the original invoice.
• Returns must include original packaging.

We will refund only to the original credit card used in making the purchase. (If you no longer use that credit card, a credit certificate will be issued to you for future purchases of products or materials with DiTEC.

We do not refund the cost of shipping.
